Instructions for free downloads

Accessing a download is different from ordering a printed publication as you need to register with the e-shop and collect the download from the 'My Account' section. We reommend that you carefully read the instructions below and print them out before proceeding:

1. Order the download as normal (clicking on the blue Details/Continue buttons). Downloads will go in the shopping basket along with any of your other products/donations
   
   
2. When you have finished in the shopping basket click on the blue 'Checkout' button at the bottom of the page
   
   
3. You need to 'Register' - do not click on 'Skip registration'. If you have registered before then 'sign in'
   
   
4. When you have completed the registration, you then need to continue through the ordering process by providing a Billing address (and shipping if you have ordered other products), Payment method and confirming your order etc. Even if there is nothing to pay, you still need to click on 'Payment method'!
   
   
5. When the order is complete, click on the 'My account' link and then 'My downloadable products' and 'Download'
